Straight To Hell stands behind the quality of our products. All website orders and authorized dealer purchases are backed by a one-year warranty covering manufacturing or materials defects. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear and the items noted below.
CHECK IF A PRODUCT IS COVERED BY WARRANTY:
These are instructions for orders older than 30 days. Email us the following information to info (at) straighttohellapparel (dot) com. We will reply within 48 hours. Failure to include all of this information will result in possible delays.
1. Website order number.
2. Photo of receipt if purchased from an authorized dealer.
3. Style name and size.
4. Detailed description of the alleged defect.
5. Detail photo of the alleged defect. Make sure photos are clear, high quality, and not blurry.
6. General photo of the front or top of the item.
7. General photo of the back or underside of the item.
8. Your current address and phone number.
9. Confirm if this item is your correct size.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
• Purchases over one year old.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Wear on footwear, soles, and heels.
• Wear on denim.
• Wear on leather.
• Wear or cracking on vegan leather.
• Studs on any items.
• Improper use.
• Alterations.
• Overuse.
• Failure to follow care instructions.
• Accidents.
• Exposure to extreme elements.
• Events beyond our reasonable control.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
• We reserve the right to make a fair and reasonable determination.
• Resolutions are one-time only and will be considered completed after resolution.
• Coverage is not extended after resolution.
• Coverage is not extended to replacements or repairs.
• We may request additional photos to help resolve an issue.
• We reserve the right to request an item be returned for further examination.
• After 30 days from an order, customer is responsible for possible shipping fees.
• Removable components are not covered.
• For the original purchaser only, and coverage ends if you sell or transfer the product.
• We are not able to change sizes for replacements, as our warranty covers the SKU itself.
• Negotiations are not possible.
• Worn or used items are non-refundable.
• Orders over 30 days old are non-refundable.
• Abuse of this policy will be flagged for further review.
